Pricing
Dura Tarım complies with all salary and working hours laws, including minimum wages, overtime, maximum working hours, price per piece and salary laws, and gives the rights acquired within the legal framework to the beneficiaries. Dura Tarım charges overtime in accordance with the minimum wage guidelines determined by the laws or, if there is no law regarding overtime, at least normal hourly wage. Where local industry standards exceed applicable legal requirements, we encourage suppliers to meet high standards
